We have access to candidate pools that are not available through job boards and have developed a team of around 200 experienced and referenceable Associates, who we work with on a regular basis. We also tap into the ‘non-active’ candidate market by using a range of creative sourcing methods to identify top talent. Put simply, we are resourceful and well networked.
Evaluating competencies
Our resourcing consultants are specialists in the technology sector, many have actually held senior roles in IT service providers/ consultancies themselves.
